FLUX Beam Air Pro

The FLUX Beam Air Pro is a professional laser fume extraction and air filtration system designed to help capture smoke, airborne particles and odours produced during laser cutting and engraving. The Beam Air Pro is designed for FLUX laser cutters, including the Beamo, Ador, Beambox series and HEXA. It can also be used with other brands of laser equipment where the extraction connection and airflow requirements are suitable. Automatic synchronisation and monitoring features depend on machine compatibility.

Yes. The Beam Air Pro can be used with suitable laser cutters from other manufacturers, provided the extraction hose connection and airflow requirements are compatible. Manual airflow control is available, although FLUX-specific automatic operation and filter monitoring may not be supported.

The Beam Air Pro uses three filtration stages. A pre-filter captures larger particles and debris, an H13 HEPA intermediate filter captures finer airborne particles, and an advanced filter combines activated carbon for gas and odour adsorption with U16 ULPA filtration for ultrafine particles. Each filter stage is replaceable.

FLUX provides indicative filter lifespans of approximately 4–13 operating hours for the pre-filter, 32–100 hours for the H13 intermediate filter and 250–800 hours for the advanced filter. Actual lifespan varies significantly with materials, cutting frequency, smoke production and operating conditions. These intervals are estimates rather than guaranteed replacement periods.

The Beam Air Pro uses filter monitoring and status indicators to help identify when maintenance is required. A yellow indicator can signal filter replacement, and compatible FLUX machines can display filter health information. Reduced extraction performance, particularly when operating at maximum fan speed, can also indicate that one or more filters require replacement.

Yes. The pre-filter, intermediate filter and advanced filter are separate replaceable components. FLUX recommends replacing filters according to their condition and monitoring information. When troubleshooting reduced airflow, the recommended replacement order is pre-filter, intermediate filter and then advanced filter.

Yes. When connected to a compatible FLUX laser cutter using USB-B, the Beam Air Pro can automatically start extraction when laser processing begins and stop when the job finishes. This reduces the need to operate the filtration unit separately for each job.
